Important Notes

When you click the "Send Email" button, the data on this form will be copied into a new email message that is addressed to Archipelago Marine Research (AMR). You may have to click the Send button in your email program in order to complete the process. The AMR email system will forward the information to a DFO computer system that will automatically check it for accuracy and then send you a confirmation email. If you send your report between the hours of 05:00 and 21:30, you should receive a reply within 30 minutes. If you send a message after 21:30 you may not receive a reply until after 05:00 the following morning. You have not complied with your catch reporting licence conditions until you receive a confirmation number via email from the DFO. This number must then be recorded in the appropriate space in your logbook.
